Grimm's new Small World Play sets are so sweet and so versatile. By The Water includes 20 pieces that can be arranged in whichever way your child's imagination leads them. They might create a day at the beach, using one of the timber rings around a Friend as a floatie and the wooden cottage as a surf club, or plan a picnic by the lake, using the piece of felt as a picnic rug. The timber pieces of the 6-piece cottage also lend themselves to furniture for the Friends, so your child can pop them to bed at the end of a long day of play. Finally, your child might like to get creative by arranging the pieces in a flat-lay to make 2D pictures of faces and creatures.
